What Happens Next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working day
  • We aim to respond fully within 20 working days
  • If needed, we may ask for more information

Escalation

If you’re not satisfied, you can escalate to our trustees. If still unresolved, you may contact the Charity Commission.
